Laser Welding
We develop and document a weld schedule utilizing either our CO2 or Nd:YAG that meets or exceeds customer requirements. When required, we produce process control samples to verify the integrity of each weld. We are equipped to produce single items or production, and very small to large piece parts due to our precision CNC 24″ x 24″ work tables.
Welding Consultation
We can assist our customers with joint designs and material considerations, which may help reduce manufacturing costs. We recommend that Speed of Light be included early in the design stage to address issues before they become significant.
Tooling Design and Fabrication
A very important factor for a robust welding process is fixturing. Having general machine shop equipment, we are able to design and fabricate appropriate holding fixtures to assure accurate and repeatable processing.
